I had never even percieved this moment… and as someone that loves luna with all his heart… this scene was very VITAL for her character and her inner feelings
((Yes, the logo make it almost impossible to see the candy, the one strong clue that shows Luna’s inner turmoil at this moment. That is of course setting aside that there is a national holiday practically devoted to the worst point in her life. I could not imagine how alone it must make her feel, not only to come back home after so long in exile but to find a holiday surrounding your greatest mistake and statues erected to you, showing you at your most violent and cruel.))

It still bothers me that Luna is still fighting a pain inside her that I could never imagine or ever get to feel… it makes me feel so sad for her and I’d give anything at all to relieve that pain.
Although it’s hard to get rid of the past and they always tend to forge who you are…
